Navigating Conflicts of Interest provides learners with guidelines for how to recognize and address real, apparent, and potential conflicts of interest.

 

The course provides in-depth instruction on how to navigate conflicts in some common contexts where conflicts can arise, specifically: business courtesies, personal relationships, and outside opportunities such as secondary employment and investments. Lastly, learners are given guidelines for appropriately disclosing and handling conflicts, and they're empowered to report known or suspected violations of organizational policy or the law.

 

This course uses branching technology to deliver an additional category for managers focusing on their unique role and responsibilities when it comes to recognizing and handling conflicts of interest and responding to related employee concerns.
