100072 – Artificial Intelligence: Uses, Risks, and Benefits
Artificial Intelligence: Uses, Risks, and Benefits familiarizes employees with the uses of artificial intelligence (AI), provides guidance on navigating risks and ethical concerns associated with AI, and prepares employees to benefit from AI while helping their organization minimize risk.
The course introduces employees to AI, emphasizes where they may already encounter it as well as future applications, and dispels some of the major concerns that employees might have related to AI.
Employees learn about various areas where AI could raise compliance and ethical concerns such as data security, bias and discrimination, antitrust, and maintaining control and security of AI and receive guidance for how these concerns may be addressed. Employees also learn about the numerous ways AI is projected to benefit the workforce, including human efficiency and the importance of uniquely human characteristics, job creation, and better business decisions.
Lastly, employees are directed to report AI-related concerns so they can enjoy the benefits of AI and help their organization minimize risk.
