160128 – Reporting and Non-Retaliation
Reporting and Non-Retaliation provides principles and best practices to empower employees to report actual or suspected illegal, unethical, improper, or unsafe conduct in the workplace.
It also provides employees with guidance on how to recognize retaliation and what they should do if they witness or experience retaliation related to a report. Along the way, learners will meet colleagues and help them navigate situations where the colleague needs to make a report or where they may be experiencing retaliation.
This course includes branched content for managers and supervisors, including such topics as creating an open-door environment and responding to employee reports.
