Next, the course ensures learners know how to recognize warning signs that a coworker, client, or third party may act violently, and it empowers them to speak up immediately about any concerns.
Lastly, the course includes guidelines on how to respond to an active shooter event, including various strategies (escape, move to cover, and take action) that may be appropriate depending on the situation.
