Interacting With US Health Care Professionals (HCPs) helps employees ensure that their interactions with HCPs are ethical and legal.
The course identifies who's considered an HCP and offers instruction on appropriately navigating common interactions—such as providing physical items and meals and handling HCP consultant and speaker relationships. Lastly, employees receive guidance around speaking up if they witness or suspect unethical conduct.
