Business Gifts and Entertainment ensures employees know how to properly navigate giving and receiving business gifts and courtesies.
First, the course provides guidance to help learners recognize proper and improper gifts and situations where gifts are appropriate. Then the course ensures learners know how to successfully navigate giving and receiving business gifts, as well as how to decline a business courtesy politely and professionally. Finally, employees are empowered to report known or suspected violations of organizational policy or the law.
