Promoting a Safe Work Environment teaches employees how to promote and maintain a physically and psychologically safe work environment.
The course outlines the benefits of workplace safety and helps employees recognize and prevent workplace hazards. The course also empowers learners to promote a culture of psychological safety. Employees will then learn to identify warning signs associated with workplace violence and receive guidance on what they should do if workplace violence occurs. Lastly, this course explains the procedures for reporting violations of organizational policy and the law.
