100501 – Hazardous Materials: General Awareness
Hazardous Materials: General Awareness provides guidance on how to safely handle hazardous materials.
The course explains what hazardous materials are and provides instruction on things employees can do minimize hazmat risks and exposure, such as reading the product’s SDS and label, storing hazmat safety, and wearing the appropriate PPE. Lastly, this course encourages employees to speak up about any hazmat safety concerns they may have and to report any hazmat violations they suspect, witness, or learn about.
