Get ready for a busy day of video calls!
In this video conferencing-themed course, learners will meet various employees and navigate some common business challenges. They'll learn to recognize conflicts of interest and appropriately address them. Employees will also receive direction on how conflicts can arise, including how to distinguish between real, apparent, and potential conflicts of interest. In addition, the course instructs employees on how to navigate conflicts in the contexts of business courtesies, personal relationships, secondary employment, and outside investment, ownership, and membership opportunities. Finally, the course provides guidelines for reporting and resolving conflicts of interest.
