Preventing Workplace Bullying equips employees to help facilitate a respectful and productive workplace, free from abusive conduct.
Employees receive directions on identifying and avoiding various types of workplace bullying, including hostile or intimidating behavior, malicious gossip, and cyberbullying.
Lastly, this course provides guidance on how to report bullying that employees witness or experience themselves.
