Hearing Conservation Fundamentals introduces employees to what hearing conservation is and why it’s important.
The course provides an overview of what a hearing conservation program is, the early signs of hearing loss, and how to recognize and protect hearing from occupational noise hazards. Additionally, the course explains when hearing protection is needed and how to select, use, and care for hearing protection. Finally, the course empowers employees to speak up if they witness or suspect that hearing conservation procedures aren’t being followed.
The course includes branched content for managers about their additional responsibilities when it comes to hearing conservation.
