Bystander Intervention empowers employees to help facilitate a workplace free from harassment and improper conduct by encouraging them to take action.
The course teaches employees to identify unwelcome behavior and use recommended intervention strategies and skills to respond to that behavior.
Lastly, this course offers instruction on how to report any incidents you witness or become aware of.
