The Uncomfortable Truth About Racial Inequality
Welcome to this series of two modules exploring the uncomfortable truths surrounding racial inequality in the workplace. In creating these two modules, we’ve taken guidance and received vital support from the Centre for Inclusive Leadership, from Learning Pool’s Black employees, and from our Black friends and family. We have also used their words and voices to help represent the issues we are discussing. We cannot thank them enough for their input.
But is that enough? If you’re doing this training, you probably care deeply that all of your colleagues should feel happy, accepted and valued in your organization. In this module, we’ll explore whether being not racist is enough to ensure this, or whether there is more to be done.
