Basic Life Support: Level 2
Basic life support refers to the level of medical care used for those who may have a life-threatening illness or injuries, until they can be given full medical care at a hospital. This e-learning module meets the Resuscitation Council (UK) guidelines 2015.
Learning Outcomes for this module include:
Provides an understanding of basic life support for adults as well as the symptoms of a heart attack and cardiac arrest.
Tools of administering CPR, putting someone in the recovery position, dealing with a choking individual and policies around resuscitation.
