The Language of Insurance
Having the right language to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues is vital to success in your role.
This module will provide a high-level guide to the terms you may encounter when working in the insurance industry. First, you’ll learn some of the terms used in the marketing of insurance. Next, you’ll look at the sales process. Finally, you’ll examine what happens after the sale, including at renewals.
It should take you around 30 minutes to complete the module, including a short test at the end. It can be completed all at once or over several visits to suit you.
