Our food system is under huge strain and the environment is unfortunately paying the price, through land and water use, production processes and global supply chains.

We are all consumers, but do we really know how our food gets from farm to fork and what impact our diet has on the planet? Whatever your degree of knowledge on this subject, you’ll find some useful and practical tips so you can do your bit to help transform food systems.

In this 20 minute module we’ll explore the impact of food production and food waste on our planet, what that means and how we can do our bit to help.
