Market Abuse Regulation

This module starts by looking at what market abuse actually is and why preventing it is so important. It also explores the offences and penalties of market abuse and helps you understand what you need to do within your organisation to comply with the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). Learners will cover market abuse and why its prevention means so much to the FCA. Learners will all be introduced to the Market Abuse Regulation and discover which market participants it affects. They will see the behaviours addressed by the MAR and the penalties and sanctions issued by the FCA for not adhering to it.
