This module looks at the rules relating to FCA regulated complaints, the procedures that your firm needs to adopt to handle complaints effectively and how those procedures should be implemented.This module offers learners the understanding the processes that the complaints procedure have to contain and effective techniques for dealing with complaints. They will understand what a regulated complaint is and when the complaints procedure must be applied. They will also understand the role and responsibilities of the Financial Ombudsman Service.
