This module will introduce you to the themes you need to be aware of when considering conduct risk and cover the main elements that senior managers need to take into account when setting strategy and business plans.
Please note that this module continues the learning from the content contained in the Treating Customers Fairly and Introduction to FCA Regulations modules.
