Your company is hiring for a new position. and you're involved in the hiring decision. Final interviews are next week, and the applicants are all highly qualified. A coworker you're friendly with asks how the process is going and reveals a connection to one of the job candidates that puts you in a tough position. How will you navigate this situation? - Charlotte is calm and approachable. She speaks in a direct, straightforward manner and approaches things in a very practical way.
