Smart Revision: Lone working

It’s thought that around eight million people in the UK work alone or without direct supervision, and with new advances in technology this number is likely only to increase. Lone working comes with its own set of challenges, however, and professionals working in health and social care should guard against undue risk.

Learning Outcomes for this module include:
Define the concept of lone working and explore some of the legislation around the topic.
Study some common risks and demonstrate how these can be avoided or mitigated.
