Moving on from Level 1, in this module you’ll learn about the importance of your food-handling responsibilities and find out more about food safety hazards, the harm they can cause and what you can do to avoid them.
You’ll also discover the appropriate temperatures for freezing, chilling, cooking and reheating food, and for keeping food hot. Cleaning practice and information on facilities and equipment are also covered.
This module comes with Smart revision, the ability to take an assessment at the beginning and access where the learner needs to refresh their training. The learner has the opportunity to pass the eLearning first time Allowing the learner to move onto Level 3 if applicable
