Welcome to the first session on managing change.
Change can be emotional; it can upset our balance and disrupt our lives. One of the strongest emotions we’re likely to feel is fear.
If we can start to understand and unravel the source of our fear of change, it can make managing our emotions and navigating the change easier.
In this session we explore why we fear and resist change and help you recognise your own reactions to it.
