Questioning Techniques

This module provides helpful advice and practical examples of various questioning techniques, for use both in recruitment interviews and more general situations.
We look at the most effective approaches to questioning (including open, closed, probing and funnelling queries), questions to avoid and the benefits of purposeful listening.
Learning Outcomes for this module include:
Your learners will understand more on the different types of questions and how to structure effective questions and highlight some common question pitfalls . They will also gain practical help in ‘active listening’ to the answers offered.
