Professional Boundaries for Housing Associations

Setting professional boundaries helps to clarify the relationship between two parties, for example housing association staff and service users; or the housing association and its staff. This module explores why professional boundaries are important and looks at how the rules may differ in your dealings with staff and service users.Learners will understand what professional boundaries are and why they are so important. They will learn what they cannot do with a service user and understand the general rules of professional conduct.
