Managing Your Tenancy

When you become a tenant, you sign up to certain conditions, including paying your rent on time, looking after your home and being a good neighbour. This course is designed to help you manage your tenancy so that you can meet these conditions. If you’re always a good tenant, you’ll always have your home.Learners will understand their rights and responsibilities as a tenant and the responsibilities of a landlord. They will understand what a tenancy agreement is and know how to be a good tenant and neighbour.
