Neurodiversity inclusion in practice
Have you ever met anyone with a neurodivergent condition, or do you have one yourself? What kind of barriers do you think some of these conditions may face in the workplace?
It’s thought that 1 in 7 people worldwide are neurodiverse, meaning you’ve most likely interacted with someone with a neurodivergent condition without realising it.
As the terminology around neurodivergence is still relatively new, society is still getting used to speaking about it openly, meaning lots of stereotypes are still in place about certain conditions.
In this module, learners will gain an understanding of neurodiversity, the strengths and challenges that come with neurodivergent conditions and how you can be supportive of neurodiverse conditions in the workplace.
