In this lesson, we’ll explore how, once we know the why of change, we can utilise our communication skills to support the team’s change journey. Keeping the team well informed as change happens will play a huge part in its success.
You’ll think about what you’re communicating and how you can use logic and emotion to get across exactly the right message. You’ll also explore when to communicate and how to keep the team front and centre of the change, so they feel more involved and positive about it. And, you’ll end the lesson equipped with some golden rules, or hints and tips from leaders like you, that have taken teams through change.
