Communicating Change – Taking it One to One

In this lesson we will explore how important the one-to-one meeting can be when communicating change, and how it fits in with the wider communication plan to support each team member and personalise the change for them.

One-to-ones will be part of a whole landscape of communication, and the principles of change communication explored in the previous modules will apply to the one-to-one world too:

  • Understanding, believing in, and communicating a relevant why.
  • Using structure, logic, emotion, words, and pictures to tell the story.
  • Listening and collaborating to lead towards successful change.
