A rich, ever-growing set of communication and reinforcement tools with more than 15 micro-lessons to choose from on the topics relating to Fair, Legal and Ethical Business practices. This Collection is built with 5 minute lessons that are broken down into Lightning Moments, Decision Moments and Video Moments.

Lightning Moments are focused on knowledge. Decision Moments are focused on assessing your understanding. Video Moments are focused on visually understanding a topic.

Unlike standard OTS collections, some of the decision moments and lightning moments are derived from the Full-length module.  This is due to demand for one specific subject area from the full-length course for reinforcement learning, campaigns and refresher training.
