So, you’re stepping into your first leadership role? Congratulations! This is an exciting time in your career, and it’s fantastic that your hard work has been recognised.

In this collection of lessons, we’re going to help to equip you with the knowledge and techniques you need to lead your new team brilliantly.

We’ll look at how other leaders are handling it and ask you to make choices on their behalf to see how it plays out. We’ll encourage you to think about good (and bad!) experiences of leadership you’ve had in your career too; all to help you refine your own leadership style
