This course is about introducing key skills for being a successful mentor. It also provides space to reflect on your thoughts, experiences and aspirations for mentoring.

• A chance to reflect on your experience with mentoring. Plus, a short video introducing the sole purpose of coaching – and how it differs from coaching.
• Introducing some of the key skills you’ll need as a mentor. Includes setting a goal that can be returned to as you progress.
• Investigating some key skills you may need to pay more attention to as a mentor. It also allows space to reflect on past mentoring experiences and what learning comes from them.
• Space to evaluate the success of your goal.
