• A chance to reflect on your experience with coaching so far (if any). Plus, a short video introducing the sole purpose of coaching – and how it differs from mentoring.
• Introducing some of the key skills you’ll need as a coach. This level also allows you to set a goal that you can return to as you progress.
• Looks at some key skills you may need to pay more attention to as a coach. It also allows you space to reflect on past coaching experiences and what you can learn from them.
• A chance where you can evaluate the success of your goal.
