This module will introduce the learner to the basic principles of Retail including, price control stock replenishment and Health and Safety. This module guides the learner through the key concepts of keeping a retail business safe, compliant and ready to trade
Learning Outcomes for this module include:
Identification of any errors in pricing processes and changes
Implement new processes in place to check prices meet requirements
Identifying the areas of their business that could benefit by effective stock replenishment
Taking stock of health and safety risks in their business, including hygiene and temperature control
Implementing a hygiene plan that outlines key processes & requirements for their business
