Competition law exists to prevent anti-competitive activities, like unfair pricing, and protect consumers and fair-operating businesses. This module will show you how to recognise anti-competitive activities and get to grips with how the Competition Act 1998 applies to all organisations. As part of our two-part Competition Law package, This learning is set in a fictional town in the Wild West, where you’re in the role of a prospective Deputy Sheriff. Your mission is to identify and stop any dodgy dealings and make the town more appealing to settlers. Learning Outcomes for this module include:
