About Learning Pool
Learning Pool was founded in 2006 to bring online learning into organisations in a collaborative way. Originally focused on sharing online learning content amongst government bodies, we took that concept and built out the offer to enable performance improvement and modernisation. We’ve always had a healthy obsession with delivering value for money which led us to engage strongly in open source projects that deliver real benefit outside of Learning Pool and provide leading-edge innovation at a reasonable price.

One of the biggest challenges facing any organisation when training and developing its people is to ensure the learning they gain, whether in a digital or face-to-face setting, is transferred into their day-to-day roles. It is only through this application of learning that any training becomes effective and you get a return on your investment.
We’ve got you covered! At Learning Pool, We’ve developed an eLearning Collection has been designed with this in mind
Core Lessons so that we can explore the wider topics and in-Practice Lessons to address specific topics inside that core lesson. Some of this collection also comes with two versions of lessons, the manager or Leader’s version and the team members’ version.
This has been done for an important purpose: While we are all responsible for our own actions, this is covered in both versions. It’s important that team members recognise their manager may need support however a lot of the time managers have legal and wider team responsibilities in their job role. These often are outside the working responsibilities of team members and we aim to ensure managers are properly equipped for these situations We recommend that on a learner’s first interaction with the collection, the relevant.
