Supervision for Supervisees
Supervision is a three-way partnership between the organisation you work for, the supervisor and those they supervise (supervisees). It involves all parties working together to achieve prescribed objectives.
This suite will help you understand the skills and behaviours required to be an effective supervisee and get the most out of your individual supervision sessions. We will look at preparing effectively for supervision meetings and how you can contribute effectively in supervision, as well as identifying and evaluating training, learning, and other development activities.
