Good decisions require good quality information built on good quality data that is robust, accurate and reliable. You need to collect the right data and report it in the right way.
The aim of this training module is to highlight the difference between good and poor data and to look at different roles and responsibilities regarding data quality and procedures.
Learning Outcomes for this module include:
Understand why the quality of data is important, recognise the characteristics of good and poor quality data and be aware of the principles that underpin good performance data quality. They will also understand the responsibility that different roles need to take to ensure that data is fit for purpose
