This lesson will teach you how to handle customer and employee data safely, recognise critical data protection risks in your daily routine, and respond correctly when things go wrong.

This course uses GDPR as the framework; US organisations are also subject to laws like CCPA and state/sector regulations, with the same underlying principles.
