AI, Personal Data & the EU AI Act

AI is transforming how we work, but it also brings major data protection responsibilities. In this lesson, you will learn how to safely navigate public AI tools without leaking sensitive company data and understand the strict legal safeguards we must put in place when using approved AI to make automated decisions about people.

It uses GDPR as the framework; US organisations are also subject to laws like the CCPA and state/sector regulations, with the same underlying principles.
