Bar Skills for Employees

In this module we’ll look at some the essential skills you’ll need to work in a bar. These include dispensing and presenting drinks professionally to attract and encourage guest sales, knowing the rules and regulations of serving alcohol, and setting up your bar. You’ll also have a chance to test out your skills by helping Joey, a new and inexperienced barman, find his feet in the job.
