The Uncomfortable Truth About Racial Inequality
Welcome to this series of two modules exploring the uncomfortable truths surrounding racial inequality in the workplace. In creating these two modules, we’ve taken guidance and received vital support from the Centre for Inclusive Leadership, from Learning Pool’s Black employees, and from our Black friends and family. We have also used their words and voices to help represent the issues we are discussing. We cannot thank them enough for their input.
The journey towards becoming a better organisation and better people begins with listening and communication, and at Learning Pool we have only started on that journey.
This module, aimed at leaders and managers working in predominantly white or diverse organisations, is our attempt to convince you to take that journey too.
