Effective Business Communications covers the guidelines and best practices employees need to communicate effectively in the workplace.
Employees will identify ways to tailor their communication for their audience and recognize ways to strengthen and improve written and verbal communication skills. In addition, this course provides important information on how non-verbal communication can affect the message sent and how to best communicate with people from different countries and cultures. It also covers communicating effectively using email, social media, and working remotely.
Finally, employees are given direction on how to seek guidance from appropriate internal resources
